世界揚州會的創建旨在建立一個富有意義的交流與合作平台，致力於幫助來自美國、中國以及世界各地的華人同胞更好地滿足生活各方面的需求。同時，我們希望透過努力展現全球華人團結協作的力量，推動彼此間的緊密聯繫與共同發展。
The World Yangzhou Association was established to create a diverse and meaningful platform for exchange and collaboration. It aims to provide comprehensive support and services to Chinese communities from the United States, China, and around the world, helping them meet various needs in life, career, and cultural heritage preservation.
我們的願景 (Our Vision)
通過這一平颱，我們希望搭建一個超越國界、跨越時代的橋梁，讓揚州文化與全球華人精神相融相通，形成一個團結合作、共同髮展的國際華人共同體。未來，世界揚州會將繼續推動各界華人加強合作，實現文化與經濟的雙向賦能，攜手邁向更加輝煌的未來。
Through this platform, we aspire to build a bridge that transcends borders and spans generations, seamlessly integrating Yangzhou's culture with the global Chinese spirit. Our goal is to foster an international Chinese community characterized by unity, collaboration, and shared growth. Looking ahead, the World Yangzhou Association will continue to promote stronger cooperation among Chinese individuals from all sectors, achieving mutual empowerment in both culture and economy, and working together toward a brighter and more prosperous future.
創始人 (Founder)
劉龍珠律師[英文名：David Liu (a.k.a. Long Z. Liu), 1973年9月5日——]，美國聯邦法院及加州法院註冊出庭律師，華語電視節目評論員，世界揚州會以及星雲傳承會會長。
David Liu (also known as Long Z. Liu), born on September 5, 1973, is a registered attorney licensed to practice in federal and California state courts. He is a commentator on Chinese-language television programs and the founding president of Hsingyun Foundation and the Yangzhou Association.
